Visit app.floormen.co.uk/register and enter your email address and create a password. You'll receive a verification email to confirm your account. Once verified, you can start using Floormen immediately.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. We'll send you a link to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.

Yes! Floormen is available as a native iOS app on the App Store. You can also access it through any mobile browser at app.floormen.co.uk. Your data syncs automatically across all your devices.

Navigate to Quotes and click "New Quote". Select or create a client, add your line items with descriptions and pricing, then click "Send" to email it directly to your client. They'll receive a professional quote they can view and accept online.

Open a project and go to the Gallery tab. Click "Upload" to add photos from your device, or use the camera button on mobile to take photos directly. You can organise photos into folders and share galleries with clients.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. We use secure password hashing, regular security assessments, and your data is backed up regularly. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.

To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings in the app and select "Delete Account", or email us at cs.office@floormen.co.uk with your request. We'll process your request within 7 days.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. This includes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and more.

Yes, you can cancel anytime with no long-term commitments. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you can continue using the Free plan after that.
